UK Delivery
At this moment we only deliver to UK Mainland addresses. Mainland deliveries (excluding Scotland, Ireland and Channel Islands) are subject to a minimum order of £50. As these boxes are delivered by overnight couriers, orders weighing up to 15 kilograms cost £19.20 plus VAT, then an additional £0.60 plus VAT per extra kilogram.
Please be aware that we are unable to deliver turkeys locally for free at this time. Turkeys delivered by courier will carry on as normal though. You can still purchase your turkey today, then once your order is successfully processed we contact you to let you know when you turkey is ready for collection.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery to the following postcode areas (subject to a minimum order of £25): TQ9, TQ12, TQ10, TQ11, TQ12 and TQ13
Free local delivery to the following postcode areas (subject to a minimum order of £50): TQ2, TQ3, TQ4, TQ5, TQ6 and TQ14
Specific Delivery Date
If you should require a specific delivery day please specify at time of ordering in the Additional Information box at the checkout. These orders must be received 24 hours before a delivery day.
Packaging
All meat packs use the latest in vacuum packing and are individually labelled. Vacuum packs provide maximum freshness, tenderness and ageing of the meat from processing to you receiving your order.
Attempted Deliveries
For any additional information or instructions on where to leave box if delivery is unsuccessful i.e. in a preferred safe place, leave with a neighbour, or an alternative delivery address like a place of work, then please use the Additional Information box provided at the end of the checkout process.
If you are not present to accept your order, the courier will try to leave it in your specified safe place.
Returns
Because meat is perishable, the box cannot be returned to the depot for delivery another day. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
