Ducks
Daniel and I have recently started rearing ducks, They are called the Peking duck and we are currently supplying local butchers/farm shops/restaurants and the general public. The ducks are reared until they are 8 or 12 weeks old on our pastures alongside the cattle and are prepared in the same way as our other poultry (dry plucked and then hung).

Ordering
Whole Ducks and various portions are now available.

Please feel free to contact us if you wish to collect your bird direct from the farm.  Should you wish it to be delivered this will be available on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, locally free of charge.  If you are further afield and would like your ducks delivered, this can be arranged on an indiviual basis.

Prices
Organic free range duck - £7.95 / kg
Conventional free range duck - £5.00 / kg and the weights will be around 2.3kg to 3kg.
