Pricing and Availability
Each product shown on this website is subject to its own availability, this applies to all products only on Sladesdown Farm. At times, certain products may become unavailable or out of stock. In these times Sladesdown Farm will attempt to update you on related products or when the product is available again.
Prices on the Sladesdown Farm website are in Pound Sterling with added standard VAT rates. Nearly all products are zero rated. Our VAT registration number is 869894043.
Prices of products and services on the Sladesdown Farm website are subject to change at any time. If a price is mistakenly under/over-priced on a product, we will not be responsible for supplying the product at the price that has been stated. We will amend the order the customer has placed before the order is put together. The customer will be contacted to report and confirm the pricing mistake.
Due to the nature of the products being meat, most products are sold in weight. As most meat products are individually cut for each specific order, this may mean that variations will occur to the overall weight of the order. Sladesdown Farm can guarantee that individual products will weigh no more than 10% either side of the estimated weight stated on the website. Most products are weighed and given in grams (g) and kilograms (kg) with some products being also weighed in ounces (oz) or packets. Products that you have ordered will be dispatched once receipt of payment has been made and confirmed via the online checkout system.
If refunds are required, they will only be given at the discretion of Sladesdown Farm.
Customer Registration
Before ordering any products from this website, customers are required to make a password protected account. By giving your details when creating an account, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and that the information provided is true and accurate.
Ordering
Upon placing an order we require at least a 50% non-refundable to be paid for the order to be processed.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are valid only for a limited time. Gift vouchers will become invalid if not used in the limited time stated on the voucher. Sladesdown Farm is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift vouchers . Gift vouchers are released and posted to the customer once receipt of payment is accepted and confirmed by the payment system. If any gift vouchers are delayed by delivery, Sladesdown Farm is not responsible for this no matter the reason.
Your email should be double checked due to Sladesdown Farm not being responsible for use of the gift voucher by anyone else other than the recipient. We do not take responsibility for any lost vouchers or vouchers used by someone who is not the recipient after delivery. It is the recipient’s responsibility to keep the voucher safe.
Gift vouchers may be sent to spam or trash in some inboxes. Sladesdown Farm take no responsibility in this and is therefore the responsibility of the recipient to check these inboxes. We do not take responsibility for any gift vouchers not delivered due to firewalls, filters, capacity of the inbox or any other relating factors. Refunds made will be payed in the same way as original payment – such as onto a voucher or onto a debit/credit card.
