The beef we produce on our farm is Devon Ruby Red cattle and it is noted for its tenderness, being well marbled and full flavoured. Our beef has a good life until at least 30 months of age which gives the animal time to reach maturity and then hung for a minimum of 4 weeks allowing the meat to tenderise naturally which produces a darker colour. They are reared in a traditional fashion on grass and silage in the winter which produces the full flavour, marbling and tenderness of our beef.
